We called because a drain outside our basement door backed up, putting several inches of water into our basement. A five-minute phone call later, a technician was on the way. The tech was onsite and working within an hour of our call.
The company was very transparent about costs for different circumstances before the dispatch, and even gave info on how to maintain the drain better moving forward after service.

The service we received from Delco Storm & Sewer was outstanding! They were quick to respond to our service inquiry and told us they could send a plumber the next day or send their drain specialist, Jim, a few days later. If the plumber couldn't resolve our issue they'd have to send Jim anyway. We opted to wait for Jim, and was he ever worth the wait! Jim was friendly, respectful, efficient, and thorough. Before he started working, he reviewed our issue and confirmed the pricing we were quoted. He explained what he was going to do and why and patiently answered our questions as he was working. He provided advice on how to avoid similar issues in the future. We can't recommend Delco Storm & Sewer (and especially Jim) highly enough!
